Blue Eyes
I love your eyes
Don’t hide them away
They are so beautiful
Just leave them okay?
Keep them from drying
Keep them from dieing
Keep them from striving
But most of all keep them from crying.
They enlighten your life
They show dark and light
Keep them out of harm
Let them sleep tonight.
Why does such a nice girl
Have to go though such pain
That day you’re mother hit you
You will not die in vein.
Stand strong on the inside
Don’t bother to cry
All the shit that comes
It’s just life passing you by.
Just try to forget
All of that stress
Life is too short
To live all depressed
So open your bright eyes
Just see what you can do
Forget all the pain
Life will get better I simply promise you.
